JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33657 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. A Copy of the order dated 04.12.2025 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court and a memo dated 17.12.2025 has also been filed to that effect.
