ORDER

The petitioners have filed these writ petitions praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of respondent and to quash impugned order dated 09.01.2004 terminating them from services by the respondent's university and to direct the respondent university to reinstate them with full back wages from the date of suspension 2.

appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Godson Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he has not received any intimation from his clients viz., the petitioners.

Recording the same, these writ petitions stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
