ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17705 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider the request made by the petitioner, in view of the order passed by the third respondent dated 15.07.2021, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, the first respondent considered the petitioner's request and passed order by the proceedings dated 03.11.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 03.11.2025 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
