2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that authorized complaint given by the petitioner and FIR has been registered in Crime No.386 of 2019, under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(1) IPC and hence this petition has become infructuous.
