As directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 24.02.2025, the applicant has effected substituted service on the respondents by effecting paper publication in a vernacular daily, having wide circulation in the State of Karnataka. An affidavit of service enclosing the paper publication has also been filed. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. 2.The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has already re-possessed the vehicle, morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons. Since the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in this 1/3

application despite service of notice, the respondents are set exparte by this Court. 2/3
