This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 804 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 384, 506(i) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court expressed that the petitioner's submissions cannot be accepted and proceeded to dismiss the petition. Whereas, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
