This petition is filed to condone the delay of 582 days in filing the review application.

Heard Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate for the petitioner, Mr.P.R.Raman, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.Ramesh Venkatachalapathy, learned counsel for the second respondent.

The delay is though 582 days, since there are no serious objections from the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order, and post the same for admission during the next sitting of this Bench.
