This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.452 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police checked the vehicle bearing registeration No. TN 12 K 2691, found banned Tobacco products and arrested A1, based on his confession statement the petitioner was arrested and seized banned tobacco products from him. Hence, the case.

3. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is very huge and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined grant bail to the petitioner.
