Petition seeking direction to register the complaint dated 15.03.2023 regarding investigation as per the order passed by the learned XVIIIth Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13003 of 2023 datd 05.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Sid) submitted that, complaint without the details like Engine Number and Chasis Number of the missing vehicle in the complaint forwarded to learned Metropolitan Magistrate for investigation. If the petitioner produce all the necessary details for investigation, respondent police will take up the investigation and file a final report.
