JUDGMENT
This review application has been filed to review the order dated 07.12.2022 made in W.P.No.32876 of 2022.
2. Heard Mr.Harihara Arun Soma Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who would submit that, in paragraph 4 of the order dated 07.12.2022, it has been recorded that as against the orders passed by the Family Court, no further appeal was filed by either of the parties. However, according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it has been wrongly mentioned that there was no appeal filed by the petitioner, but, an appeal was filed by the respondent in A.S.No.653 of 2019 and the same is still pending. Only to clarify this factual position in paragraph 4 of the order, the present application has been filed.
3. Heard Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. In view of the said factual matrix that has been brought to the notice of this Court today in the review application by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:
(i) That the existing paragraph 4 shall be replaced with the following paragraph:
(4) It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, as against those orders, no appeal was filed by the petitioner. However, the fourth respondent has filed an appeal in A.S.No.653 of 2019, which is pending, where no interim orders have been granted.
5. Except the replacement of paragraph 4 in the order dated 07.12.2022, no further review is required in the said order, hence, Registry is directed to issue this order to the parties.
6. Accordingly, this review petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
