ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider and to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025, whereby, she sought to pay the compensation for the left-over land 7920.63 sq.ft and also to refer the matter for enhanced compensation to the Tribunal.
2.Mr.M.Nirmalkumar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 has not been considered by the nd respondent so far.
5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 2 nd respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 and pass orders on the same on
merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the 2 nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
