This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II at Tambaram instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2016 with the above condition. He would further submit that the petitioner was having life threat, due to which, the petitioner is unable to comply with the above condition. Hence, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition.

sp 3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
