[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on her vide order dated 05.07.2022, in Crl.M.P.No.7927 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.417 of 2022. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on her, except on two occasions.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has to pursue her avocation, the condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioner vide order, dated 05.07.2022, made in Crl.M.P.No.7927 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.417 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
