(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, G.Jothika, D/o.Gandhi, 1/4

aged about 17 years or her body before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue, namely, G.Jothika, D/o.Gandhi has been produced before this Court by the Police. The parents of the detenue are also present. When enquired, the detenue has stated that her age is around 17 years and has expressed her willingness to go with her parents.

3. Recording her statement and also finding that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone as on date, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The parents of the detenue are advised to take care of her attentively. The respondent Police shall ensure that there is no disturbance caused to the detenue from any 3rd party. No costs.
