ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take up investigation in FIR.Nos.79 and 80 of 2017, on their file, and complete the same in accordance with law, within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court and file the final reports.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondents have registered a case in the above said crime numbers on 22.03.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
