This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner's shop as the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2022.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the shop and she let the shop to one Vinoth Kumar and Devaki. The respondents (2 to 4) had financed the said Vinoth Kumar. However, the said Vinoth Kumar had vacated the premises without informing the petitioner. Now, the respondents (2 to 4) are disturbing the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to give details about the address of the shop, which was owned by the petitioner. 2/4
