ORDER

The Revision Petitioners herein are the defendants in the suit in O.S.No.91 of 2019 on the file of District Munsif Court, Hosur, which was 1/4

filed by the respondent/plaintiff for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction against the defendants 1 and 2.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioners only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that since the suit is pending from the year of 2019, in which they have also filed their written statement long back. But, even after filing the written statement, trial was not begin and so far, there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, they wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the 1st defendant is aged about more than 60 years and the plaintiff also aged about more than 85 years old senior citizen and the suit is pending from the year of 2019, in which the defendants have also filed their written statement, but so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined 2/4

to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since because most of the parties are senior citizens.
