ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022, submitted with request to survey the petitioner land, situated at Vettakarakuppam village, Cheyyur taluk and pass orders, within a reasonable time framed by this court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that a portion of the ancestral land was allotted in favour of petitioner's father. After that, release deed was made in his favour by his father and brother. Patta also transferred to his name. A representation/application was made by the Petitioner to the Respondent on 11.07.2022 to survey the subject land. Despite several requests, the Respondent is keeping his application pending. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader takes notice 2/4
for the Respondent and submitted that the Respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass Orders within a period of two months, as per law.
4. In such a view of the matter, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2022 and pass necessary orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
