ORDER

The present application has been filed to pass an order to initiate action

and punish Mr.Shankar, the first respondent/first defendant for committing the offence of perjury by swearing and filing false affidavit dated 11/07/2024 before this Honble Court in the main suit in C.S.No.968 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either counsels appearing on either side.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ defendant would submit that the mistake had occurred due to oversight while drafting the affidavit of admission and denial and it is not the mistake on the part of the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of the fact that the fresh affidavit of admission and denial filed, the application stands closed.
