O R D E R

The order of the writ court was a direction to the respondent to pass final orders and conclude disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned charge memo and final orders be passed within a period of eight weeks. Complaining of disobedience, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called upon, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the Proceedings No.DC2/27885/2013 dated 27.01.2023, whereby, final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

3. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature, if at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the proceedings of the respondent dated 27.01.2023, liberty is hereby granted to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
