Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has produced the proceedings dated 14.11.2022 issued by the first respondent, whereby the first respondent has complied with the direction given by this Court in its order dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.27585 of 2022 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner and by passing the final orders. It is seen from the said proceedings that the petitioner has also acknowledged the same. 2/5
