O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25010 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2021, to regularize the subject property, which was acquired under the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation Act), 1978, as per G.O.Ms.No.649 dated 29.07.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 30.09.2008, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on 23.02.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the respondent before this Court.
