This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 25.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.21950 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court, on every Monday, till framing of charges and thereafter, as directed by the Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
