These petitions are filed praying to discharge the first petitioner/first respondent from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 and 3/ respondents 2 and 3 and to declare them as major. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.826 of 2018 and list the matter for final hearing on 25.11.2024.
