No.2700 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, II Small Causes Court, Chennai (IN CMP.No.15354 of 2017) pending disposal of the above Appeal (CMA.No.2727 of 2017).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MUNUSAMY, Advocate on behalf of the respondents, the court made the following order:- In this civil miscellaneous petition, on 11.09.2017, an order of interim stay was granted subject to condition that the petitioner should deposit entire compensation awarded i.e., Rs.17,87,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid conditional order has been duly complied with by the petitioner.
