When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died, despite notice given to the legal representatives, they have not shown any interest to implead themselves in this case. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as abated. 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
