This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18139 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
