This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.D.Shiva Kumar and Mr.S.Mayilnathan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the contesting/first respondent.

3. I have gone through the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the condonation of delay petition.

4. The petitioner has made a sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 37 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition. There is also no objection raised on the side of the first respondent for allowing the present miscellaneous petition.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
