A.Nos.3897 to 3899 of 2024 in A.Nos.3897 & 3898 of 2024 have been filed by the Applicant to reopen and recall the evidence of PW1 in C.S.No.259 of 2020. 2.A.No.3899 of 2024 has been filed to issue subpoena to the Tahsildar, Revenue Department, Guindy, to produce the legal heir certificate (P13) issued by them dated 20.04.1988.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for D1 and learned counsel for D2 & D3.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of A.Nos.3897 & 3898 of 2024 and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, in the interest of justice, A.Nos.3897 & 3898 of 2024 are ordered as prayed for.

5.As far as A.No.3899 of 2024 is concerned, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of A.No.3899 of 2024 and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, in the interest of justice, A.No.3899 of 2024 is ordered, subject to the availability of the revenue records before the Tahsildar, Revenue Department, Guindy. If it is available it has to be produced, if it is not available Non Availability Certificate has to be produced before the learned Master on 04.11.2024. 22.10.2024 (1⁄2)
