This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 09.09.2022 in Crl.MP.No.14085 of 2022 to report before the Special Court for NDPS cases, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Special Court for NDPS cases, Chennai, monthly once, ie., on the first working day of every month, till taking cognizance of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
