Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in M.M.No.22968/N.O.S.(3)/2016 dated 01.09.2016 and quash the same consequently directing the respondent to pay the petitioner's pensionary benefits. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay pensionary benefit to the petitioner by quashing the impugned order.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pensionary benefit of Rs.10,18,321/- has been disbursed to the petitioner.

3. In the additional affidavit filed by the respondents also, the same fact was mentioned.

4. As the petitioner received the entire pensionary benefits, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
