The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.3 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 15.11.2023 is to be read as follows:

"3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal City Civil & Sessions Court, Chennai, on every Friday till examination of the defacto complainant is completed, apart from Court hearing dates. If the defacto complainant complains of interference of voluntary evidence, then the respondent is at liberty to seek modification of this order."
