Prayer in W.P.No.25429/2017: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in O.A.No.310/00056/2015 dated 01.11.2016 and the order of the third respondent in Ref.S-CEM/ESTT/KSR-PRS/2014 dated 05.12.2014 r/w Amended order in Ref.No. S-CEM/ESTT/KSR-PRS/2014 dated 15.12.2014 and quash the same and direct respondents 1 to 3 to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

Prayer in W.P.No.25430/2017: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in O.A.No.310/00261/2014 dated 01.11.2016 and the order of the third respondent in No.9(2)/2012, dated 16.07.2013 and quash the same and direct respondents 1 and 3 to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of her initial appointment and grant her all consequential benefits.

Both the writ petitions have been filed, challenging the common order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.310/00261/2014 and 310/00056/2015 dated 01.11.2016 and consequently, direct respondents 1 and 3 to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of her initial appointment and grant her all consequential benefits.

2. The parties to the writ petitions and the issues involved in the writ petitions are one and the same. Therefore, they are disposed by way of this common order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that, the

issues involved in the present writ petitions are covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.23355 of 2013, dated 19.08.2016 and hence, appropriate orders may be passed. The learned counsel for the respondents have also stated that the writ petitions have to be dismissed, inview of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23355/2013 dated 19.08.2016.

4. Accordingly, in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23355/2013, dated 19.08.2016, which is covered the facts of the present cases, the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.25429 and 25430 of 2017 are dismissed. No costs.
