Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue certified/duplicate copy of the score card bearing Roll No.4114009171 in NEET UG 2020 of the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner, after completion of Higher Secondary examination (+2), had written the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for the year 2020 and secured 279 marks. However, the petitioner was not in a position to join in any medical College in India. Therefore, he had joined a medical course in International Medical Faculty, OSH State University, Kyrgyzstan in
the year 2020 and completed the medical course in the year 2025. In order to register in the National Medical Commission, foreign medical graduates are required to take a screening test called the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination which is conducted by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has to apply for the screening test conducted by the third respondent in the month of October, 2025, for which the petitioner has to upload the score card bearing Roll No.4114009171 in NEET UG 2020 and MBBS course graduation certificate. However, his result is not available in the website after a lapse of five years. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation for providing the copy of the score card.

On written instructions, the learned counsel for the first respondent produced the score card of the petitioner, which is available in the data base with the first respondent, since the record of the NEET UG 2020 will be preserved only up to 90 days from the declaration of the result. Therefore, no score card can be issued for the petitioner. The details about the petitioner's NEET UG 2020 which reads as follows:-
5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to treat the details given above as score card of the petitioner and accept the petitioner's screening test application, forthwith.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
