Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent no.1 to open the sealed cover with regard to the promotion of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Traffic Manager, Gr.I (Class I) Pursuant to Seniority List of the Employees in the category of Section Superintendent (Class-III) bearing No:A2/669/2015/T dated 02.02.2016 published by respondent no.2 and release the order of promotion of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Traffic Manager, Gr.I (Class-I) immediately.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that there is no post of Assistant Traffic Manager Grade-I reserved for Scheduled Tribal Community.

2. In view of the fact that there is no post reserved for the said community, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition as of now. If at all any grievances exists, herein after, the petitioner is at liberty to redress the same in the manner known to law.
