ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's second appeal dated 04.10.2016 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 within a stipulated period.

Learned Government Advocate for the respondent 1 has produced an order dated 23.08.2017 passed by the first respondent in S.A.No.11140/A/2016.

Since the direction sought for by the petitioner has been duly complied with as seen from the order dated 23.08.2017 passed by the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent 1 as well as after perusing the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in S.A.No.11140/A/2016, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
