This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 10.04.2019 made in I.A.No. 48 of 2019 in O.S.No. 5 of 2010 on the file of III Addl. District Judge, Kallakurichi.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that the main suit itself decreed on 01.11.2022 and she has also made endorsement to that effect. So, the relief claimed in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
