O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.187 of 2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration and recovery of 1/4

possession. The respondent/defendant entered appearance and filed written statement as early as on 03.04.2024. Though the suit was posted for framing of issues on 25.09.2024, due to filing of an application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner by the petitioner in I.A.No.2 of 2024, the issues have not been framed till date. It is also seen from the report of the trial Court, though I.A.No.2 of 2024 was filed by the petitioner on 06.12.2024, till date the respondent has not filed counter in Interlocutory Application and the same is kept pending. Taking into consideration the facts narrated above and also the fact that the pleadings are already completed, this Court is inclined to directthe trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. No costs.
