This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., and 5.00p.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11182 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024, passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11182 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
