This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13304 of 2024 on 28.06.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13304 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024 in respect of appearance before the respondent police alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
