ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to grant a patta for the land comprised in Survey No:122/2, measuring to an extent of 13 cents vide application Ref. No:2019/0103/03/ 165731, dated 05.09.2019.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application made by the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 for issuance of patta for the subject land, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
