ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the award has been passed and the case has been settled before the Lok Adalat which has rendered the proceedings a nullity, I am unable to countenance the same. In any event., considering the fact that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
