This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in the anticipatory bail order granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21121 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 30.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
