These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed in the above Second Appeal (i) to condone the delay of 466 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant M.Velayutham, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant (iii) to bring the proposed petitioners 2 and 3 on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeal, respectively.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
