This application has been filed to order substituted service by publication to the respondent in Tamil Newspaper i.e., "Tamilsudar".

2. Substitute Service is hereby ordered and this Application is allowed.

3. Accordingly, this Court permits the petitioner to effect substituted service in "Malaimalar" Tamil Newspaper, which is having effective circulation in the area concerned, mentioning the correct address of the respondent.

4. Substitute service shall be effected on or before 24.01.2023.
