The petitioners have already filed an appeal challenging the patta granted in favour of the private respondents in respect of the private land. 2.

The appeal was filed on 11.01.2021 and still has not been disposed of. Hence, the limited relief is sought in this writ petition. The respondent is directed to dispose the appeal on merits after hearing the petitioners as well as the private respondents, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
