It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the order passed by this Court on 24.01.2023, in the (iii) condition of paragraph No.9 instead of mentioning as "Rupees Forty Thousand only", it has been mentioned as "Rupees Five Lakhs only" and hence, it has to be corrected.

3. Accordingly, in paragraph No.9 of (iii) condition of the said order, where the words "Rupees Five Lakhs only" is mentioned shall be substituted by the words "Rupees Forty Thousand only''. In all other aspects, the order dated 24.01.2023 shall remain intact.

4.Registry is directed to issue corrected order copy forthwith.
