This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14185 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19116 of 2021 on 03.01.2022 to report before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders.

2 The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
