This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.5(b) imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 03.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22495 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
