Mr. Vijayan, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Kulandaivelu, learned counsel on record for the first respondent, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

Having regard to the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition and also the submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent that he has no objection in this petition being allowed, the aforesaid delay is condoned.
